Building the Nafas Wellness Studio Team

When I first dreamed about opening a wellness studio, it was never just about creating a beautiful space (though I do of course want it to be beautiful).

It was about creating a place where people feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

A place where movement isn't intimidating.

A place where you can take a deep breath.

A place where you feel part of something.

As we get closer to opening our doors this September, one of the most exciting parts of the journey is beginning...

Building our founding team.

More than teachers

Whilst I'll continue teaching many of the yoga, breathwork and sound classes myself, Nafas Wellness Studio has always been about something much bigger than me.

I want our timetable to offer something for everyone.

Whether you're looking for a stronger workout, gentle movement, pregnancy classes, deep rest or simply a chance to reconnect with yourself, I want you to feel there's a place for you here.

To make that possible, I'm looking for teachers and practitioners who share the same values.

Not necessarily the loudest voices or the biggest social media followings, but people who genuinely care about helping others.

Who we're looking for

Over the coming weeks I'll be meeting with prospective instructors and practitioners as we build our timetable - in fact this process has already begun.

We're currently looking for:

✨ Reformer Pilates instructors

🧘 Yoga teachers

🌿 Breathwork facilitators

🎵 Sound practitioners

💪 Fitness and movement instructors

🤲 Therapists and wellbeing practitioners

We're also open to hearing from people offering complementary wellbeing services that align with our vision for the studio.

What matters most

Qualifications are important.

Experience is valuable.

But kindness matters too.

I'm looking for people who love what they do and who want to be part of creating a supportive, inclusive community where everybody feels welcome, regardless of age, experience or ability.

Because the atmosphere inside a studio isn't created by the décor or the timetable.

It's created by the people.

A space to grow

One of the things I'm most excited about is creating opportunities for collaboration.

I hope Nafas becomes somewhere teachers inspire one another, practitioners work together and friendships naturally form.

A space where people can grow professionally whilst continuing to learn themselves.

Could this be you?

If you're a teacher or wellbeing practitioner looking for a new home, I'd love to hear from you.

We're particularly keen to hear from Reformer Pilates instructors as we continue building our opening timetable.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or someone looking for a supportive studio to grow with, don't be afraid to get in touch.

Sometimes the best opportunities begin with a simple conversation.

I can't wait to introduce you to the wonderful people who'll be joining the Nafas family over the coming months.

The countdown to opening continues...
