Her teaching is rooted in the six fundamental principles of Pilates — breath, centring, control, precision, flow and concentration — with a contemporary edge to bring an extra challenge and burn.
Kirsty believes Pilates should be both challenging and enjoyable, creating classes where everyone feels welcome, supported and encouraged to progress.
Since qualifying, she has also completed her Tower training and is currently training as a Functional Wellness Practitioner.
Vicky Parkinson

Having used Pilates to rebuild her own core strength, improve her posture and rediscover confidence after having three children, Victoria understands first-hand the positive impact Pilates can have. This experience inspires her supportive and encouraging approach to teaching, helping clients move well, feel strong and enjoy the process.
Victoria blends contemporary Pilates with the classical repertoire, with a focus on precision, control and breath. She also incorporates props and light weights to bring variety, challenge and progression to her classes.
Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, her aim is for you to leave feeling stronger, more balanced and empowered.
